Grades 9-11. In this book a suicidal teen with anorexia is appointed by "Death" to become "Famine" of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Her obsession with food and losing weight is insane-- and I found myself wanting to quit reading because I was like-- okay, I get it already.

And then it occurred to be that this is what really must run through your head when you have this disease. And it really is insanity.

Anyhow, as Famine she sees people/animals/plants miserably hungry and finds that if she feasts, she can save them. But the other horsemen-- especially War-- isn't happy when people aren't hungry.
