People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

You can not educate or motivate until you initiate a relationship.

Communication is less KNOWLEDGE and more relationship.

To accomplish anything of value, you must learn to manage and marshal your energy.

Connecting with others begins with thinking about those people.

When you see people as valuable you will understand that they can add more value to the team if they are a part of it.

If you don’t feel you are connecting it may be due to the fact that you don’t care.
