This was just a fun read. As a big fan of the show, I was hoping for more signature recipes, but I also understand a business being reluctant to give up that information. Still, it was great to read some of the history behind the eateries, learn some of their secrets, and have a few laughs along the way. Would have liked to see more pictures of restaurants and staff and less of Guy, but hey, it's his show :)
