Read in August, 2010 — I own a copy

Just crazy enough for me (no pilates in the Kitchen, flat abs in 10 min. a day stuff wanted) but this is all information for men because "women are not welcome in the Navy Seal community." A**holes...that's because you know we would kick your butts.
