it was amazing

This is a great book to read when studying the Holocaust. It is really good and different from other Holocaust books because it is from the perspective of a German girl who is being taught to hate Jewish people but is shocked to find out that her own parents were hiding a mother and daughter behind her own bedroom wall! The girl is stuck between the decision to turn in her parents for not being a good German or to keep her parents' secret. I highly recommend this book!
