** spoiler alert ** This collection I thoroughly enjoyed because it was all about Faith, everyone's favorite wayward slayer! I didn't really feel it contributed at all to any over all series story-arch. But that's okay, because who doesn't want a buddy cop story featuring Faith and Giles! Wackiness ensues, of course.

No matter how many times it's done to death, I always enjoy the bad girl/guy must fake it in high society trope.

It should also be said that every 5 issues or so, there is an 'oddball' comic that really has nothing to do (like, at all) with the series. It's annoying enough in serialized form, but I can't imagine having had to read those issues if you were reading this series as it developed. They're oddly self congratulatory and a waste for probably anyone but the most die hard fans.
