great book. Everyone should read this. Sound background info to support his hypothesis. HARD WORK is key to success at any endeavor. Supporting hard work is the way to raise kids, teach competitors... praising a performance will work against them. You don't need some genetic gift to be a virtuoso, runner, chess champion... you need 10,000 hours of PURPOSEFUL practice.
