Keepsake Crimes (A Scrapbooking Mystery, #1)
by Laura Childs
by Laura Childs
Another new & fun mystery series--thanks, Kim!
I liken Carmela's scrapbook shop to a home town hair & nail salon. The same ladies show up each & every day with food & companionship!
In the critics comments/quotes on the book, I read about these books & Laura Child's Tea Shop Mysteries compared to the modern-day Nancy Drew books. They sure are! Just like Nancy, Carmela finds herself in some complex situations!
I can't wait to try out the photo-weave technique. It's in the mystery, as you read, not in the back of the book with the rest of the scrapbooking tips.
