We Beat the Street
By Sampson Davis

I gave this book 4 star because of the suspense and challenge these three Doctors experiences in their lives. I liked this book because of what the three doctors went through during their childhood. I also like this book because it's by one of my favorite authors.
Sampson, George, and Ramek all make a pact to get off the streets and be successful. They all had different problems and experiences during there life. While they faced drugs, violence, poverty, and death they still made it. They go to college, make decisions that change their lives. They look out for each other through the whole way. I enjoyed this book a lot I am glad I read it. At some parts you will seem thrilled, excited, sad, and even scared, It showed me that you can do anything if stick to it and nothing is impossible.
This book I would should suggest it to boys that like strong male models, and any one loves book about people in the street.
