Hi Shawna...I LOVED this book...I just finished it last night (late) and it was so good. In many ways, it is my favorite JQ novel. I hope you like it too!!!

I'm glad, Ally! I loved it too, although not quite as much as the Bridgertons. But it's definitely a sweet, cheerful, easy read that I really enjoyed! I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

I started this yesterday but had so much going on I haven't made it past the prologue. LOL Hopefully I can get further into it today. Do the Bridgerton's make an appearance?? Loved that series!!

Dina, I'm sorry to hear you had a crummy week, too. I've actually had a fairly crappy June so far. Work has been insanely busy and stressful, and I haven't been feeling well. This definitely cheered me up and brightened my week. I hope it does the same for you!

Jayne, I hope you enjoy it! The musicales were funny in the Bridgertons, and it was even more hilarious to see things from the Smythe-Smiths's side of it.

Colleen, Yep, some of the characters from the Bridgertons make appearances, and I liked that it's sort of parallel to those. Happy reading!

I am on JQ's newsletter list and she just said yesterday that she is working on the next book in the series...It sounds like she has a total of 4 books planned for the Smythe-Smith girls. I didn't know if any of you knew that, but I was pretty excited to read it.

Thanks, K! At other times, I might not have rated it quite as high...more like 4 or 4.5 stars. But it was the exact combination of sweet and fluffy fun that I was hankering for and made me feel so darn good that I couldn't NOT give it 5-stars! I'm definitely a mood reader, LOL!
