I liked that in this story, Aisling took back what was hers... and without depending on Drake to oversee it all... Drake has morphed into quite a mate/husband... at least emotionally - he compromises, he says I love you (at least once a day, and not always being prompted), he shares his thoughts, and he respects her abilities and autonomy... and he does love making love with her... shifting to dragon during his orgasm...

She manages to get 'de-demon lorded' - by being a pain to Bael, and when Drake agreed to trade the "Tools of Bael" from the 1st book and she agreed to sacrifice her Guardianism (which ends up to be false - once a guardian, always a guardian)... She frees Fiat's uncle, the rightful weryn of the Blue Dragons, and he releases her from being a Blue Dragon mate... She closes an ancient portal, relying on instinct...

She's pregnant... ahhh... and after 4 attempts at a wedding (where one or the other is not able to make it), they finally get married.

They save Drake's older brother - a Black dragon, who threatens Gabriel, a Silver Dragon weryn... there are Silver Dragon books where I'm sure this is further explored, but, alas, LAPL doesn't carry them...
