He takes the kind of Eurocentric position in praising his chosen list of the greatest creative geniuses of all time (n.b. Jane Austen is the only woman to make the list and all are European or American) that academics of the current generation chomp at the bit to pick apart and ridicule. That said, it was nice reading little snippets about such diverse "creators," from Chaucer to Walt Disney. <br/><br/><a href="http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/84400?utm_medium=api&utm_source=blog_review">View all my reviews.</a>
