it was amazing
bookshelves: non-fiction

This book is very well written. The arguments against our current copyright laws are very well presented both from a legal point of view and from a moral one. I actually found the discussion of Eldred vs. Ashcroft kind of touching and sad. And the underlying commentary about the influence of those with money and power on our government is depressing. This book added depth to my own opinions about intellectual property laws. And it made clear how these laws affect our society in a much larger way than most people realize.
