Key Of Knowledge (Key Trilogy, #2)
by Nora Roberts
by Nora Roberts
This book was alright. I am always hesitant about starting a book that is part of a series (in this instance, a trilogy), but not number one (this was book two).
Pros: 1. Interesting plot line. It's a bit long, so I won't go into great detail about it, but it is fantasy-in-real-life. Fued amongst the gods that mortals have to fix.
Cons:
1. Every character is "perfect." The women are all beautiful, strong, intelligent and wise. Their flaws come off as not being big deals and get solved/taken care of immediately.
2. I also felt that the book was too rushed. I think the story would have been a lot better if it was stretched out a bit more.
3. It was very predictable.
I've read worse, but it wasn't good enough to make me continue the trilogy.
