A bizarre melding of bureaucratic nonsense, science-y mathematics that are way over most normal people's heads, and Lovecraftian horror. For example:

"We can set it to anything from fifteen kilotons to a quarter of a megaton - it's a mechanical process, screw jacks adjust the gap between the fusion sparkplug and the initiator charge so that we get more or less fusion output. ..."

If you can take on faith that passages like this mean something, but that you don't need to understand it, you just may enjoy this bizarre little book of The Office/Cthulu mythos/occult Nazi mayhem.
