Thanks, Melissa! I'm actually not as mad now that I hear the mass market version is coming only 6 months later. That's much shorter than usual!
The most awaited book in the series is coming in hardcover. Crap! Publishers know how to make money, that's all I can say. :(
Yep. It seems weird to put the last book in the series out in hardback. I wonder if the Guild Hunters will also be in hardback.
Does she? Well I hope she does! For some reason I thought it was the last but I would love to be wrong!
I won't be buying the hardback - not so much because of its cost, but because it won't "match" the other books I have. I'm a neat freak when it comes to my bookshelves: all the books in the same series must match! ;PI hope the Guild Hunters books don't follow the same path. :(

I also feel a bit manipulated by the publisher. :(
I pray the Guild Hunter books won't do the same! I don't want to have to wait even longer for them.

MelissaB wrote: "Does she? Well I hope she does! For some reason I thought it was the last but I would love to be wrong!"My understanding is that this will be the last book in the current story arc. She'll keep writing the Psy-Changeling series, but a new story arc will be in focus. That's what I've read in an interview she gave some time ago.
All that leads me to believe that the Psy Council as we know it will crumble at the end of this book, power will be shifted and Kaleb will be the driving force of the new story arc. Of course, I might be completely wrong due to my obsession with Kaleb, LOL.
I won't bother looking for info now that Dina's confirmed it! ;) Two people hearing the same thing is good enough for me!

When the PB came out it was not the same size as the other PBs. It's bigger, so it still doesn't match the others! Jerks. >:(
Beanbag - I know! WTF??? I have one retarded book in the whole series! All the rest of them are normal mass market size, but that stupid book is just a little bigger. I hate it! I wish they would republish it in normal size. :(
