This is a good resource for teaching story writing at the elementary level. I think it could even be used with younger elementary school students. It is very basic: characters, setting, plot. It provides some good exercises for students to practice with and it provides helpful graphic organizers for students to use in organization. But some more advanced writers will feel limited by these.
