I held off on reading this book because I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. The book is about Thieves. I hate liking the bad guys....although, they were bad guys it was hard not to fall in love with the characters and root for them. They only stole from people that could afford the loss. Not that it makes it any better but still. The really bad guy in this book was a real stinker. Sam, was probably one of the worst bad guys in a book I read in a really long time. When you absolutely HATE a character and hopes he gets his at the end you know the author has really done a good job. After reading this book I kept thinking of ways Luke, the main character could have done things differently to avoid the loss that he lost. Thankfully everything ended well. I really love Nora Roberts books.
