Most of this stuff I already knew, but this book nicely summarized how salt, fat and sugar is manipulated by the food industry as a business strategy. I might have lost some weight while reading this book. But I am afraid that I need to read this type of book more at least 3 times a year to avoid slipping back. Basically argues that food today is essentially not much different from drugs and alcohol.
