If I was asked if I liked this book, my response would be no, but that's not entirely true. I liked the storyline a lot, but there were alot of things I didn't like. First of all (though this is probably a really lame excuse as to why I don't like the book), their cloaking spell sounds like it's supposed to rhyme, but it doesn't. Second, all their hunts are exactly alike. There's no variety in what happens in the hunts (with the exception of Kelsey), so I wasn't really looking forward to them going on a hunt. Third, you don't get to know the characters very well. Last, it took Ms. Marrone too long to get the climax of the story (or at least what I believe to be the climax). There were about 17 chapters full of the rising events, and only about three with the actual action. I wish she would've split it more equally, forcusing more on the covent than on Conner and Jules. Overall, this was an alright book.
