Capsguy How'd you like it? I was recommended it by an anon on /lit/, and loved it! Not a word wasted in my opinion.

Raven It's the first Russian work I've read, I think. But I really enjoyed it, even with all the sadness. Really felt horrible for him by the end D:

Capsguy And how his family, which relied entirely upon him no longer cared, and just hoped to milk what they could out of him even on his deathbed...

Raven I think what actually got to me was that his son did care a bit, and tried to be with his dad a little there at the end. ;_; But then everyone else just wanted him and the dying over and done with.
