it was amazing
bookshelves: all-time-favorites, urban-fantasy
Read in January, 1998

This is one of the few books I go back to again and again. It's uproariously funny, has a nice sense of irony, good puzzles, and characters you care about. Imagine if Douglas Adams had written a book about the Antichrist being born in the modern world; you'd be fairly close to Good Omens.

I have given this as a gift and recommended it countless times. If you haven't read it already, go read it!
