bookshelves: popular-reading
Read in January, 2007

My best book of 2007. Yes, it can be depressing and the ending is powerful. The limit of what the human soul can endure is depicted here. I cannot imagine what it is like to live in Afghanistan. This book provides a glimpse of Afghanistan rule for the past 30 years and effects is has on both their men/women and children.
