Clear and concise guide to the Critical Chain application of Theory of Constraints for project management. Summarises the reasons behind the human behaviours that cause projects to massively overrun, and provides practical implementation tips. This book also contains useful explanatory material for some of the things Goldratt was not explicit about in his original business novel.

Jeff Kinsey It is a good book, which is a review of a great book (Critical Chain by Goldratt). Just to clarify, these books are both very much focused on single project applications. The real value of the Critical Chain methodology is in the multiproject environment. Where you have limited resources and too many tasks. With that said, it is still a worthy purchase if you own Goldratt's book.
