This started out kind of slow for me, but it turned out to be a really useful book for me. It made a great sales pitch for the Republican Party that I hadn't fully considered, and the best part is that Erickson's entire underpinning for change is not based at all on social issues, which is huge for someone like me who's had to really ignore the social issues for more Constitutional, economic change. This could really be the future of the Republicans - someone like Erick Erickson is the thinker and leader who could provide it, too. Definitely worth reading if you're of the conservative persuasion or are truly serious about understanding Republicans, conservatives, and the current state of the ideology.
