bookshelves: faerie, girl-next-door, magic, murder, mystery, monsters, mythology-folklore, sisters, urban-fantasy, vampire, dublin-ireland
Read in February, 2011

This is one of those series that I knew was popular, but I haven't been very into fae, so I've been putting it off. But not too long ago it was offered as a FREE B&N Nookbook, so I thought, what the hell!

Man, have I been missing out!! Moning has created a rich and unique paranormal world. Sure, the protanonist leaves something to be desired, but she's a typical girl-next-door and she definitely has room for growth over a series, so I'm betting that I'll like her more as the books go on. I can't wait to read the next installment! And as of right now, there are 5 books out (and 3 more contracted in the "world" but not necessarily the series) so those should keep me busy for at least a couple days. :-)
