Started it once before, couldn't get into it. This time, I was much more interested in all the references to upstate New York, especially Ausable Forks. Bansk gets into a 14-year-old's head so amazingly that I nearly could believe it was autobiographical. But the language! Foul, foul, foul! But I suppose that's right for the situation--teenage boy, problems at home and school, into drugs and dealing, wrong crowds--amazing that he came to his senses. Quite a fast-moving book.
