I love Nalini's books so it's no surprise I liked this as well. In the Psy-Changeling series, the ongoing story thread in the developing world is as much a part of the experience as that of the relationship. This book focuses more on the relationship, than the world, but we still get some significant overall plot/story developments. Also, there's a teaser for the next archangel book in the back which nearly drove me batty. Can't wait!
Recommended for fans of this series. If you're a fan of paranormal, and haven't read this series yet, you MUST go pick up Slave to Sensation, the first in the series. You can thank me later.

Are there any Hawke/Sienna/Kit updates in it?

Morgan, I don't think she's said, but I do know that Hawke and Sienna's book is coming next year, so I wonder if she'll end it after that book? On her site she says: 3. Is the series open ended or do you have a certain number of books planned?
I don't have the number of books planned but I do have the story arc planned. I know where this series is going, what final "end" I'm heading toward.
Morgan, I follow Nalini's site a lot, and she said in a Q&A that she has a story in mind for Kit but that he was still a little too young right now. She also wants to write more books after Hawke's, so it is possible that he will get one.
I can't read this book. I'm too worried that I will be disappointed by Hawke and Sienna's relationship developpement...It already happenned with another author and I had decided to stop reading her books...I think I am just going to skip this book and wait for the reviews of Hawke and Sienna's book...

So it's definitely Sienna with Hawke, then? Shoot. ;) I've really, really, REALLY been hoping that Nalini had just been playing with us. I'll see how I feel with KoS comes out...I'm into the overall story arc so much that I might just grit my teeth through the love story so I can find out what happens with the plot, but I've been so against Hawke and Sienna pairing up since StS that I might skip it. I'm still insanely excited about Play of Passion, though.
