I just love the world that the author has created with this series. The "Others" that are good fighting the ones that are bad. It entertains me to know end to know that some of the police are in on this and help them. Even the bounty hunters that hunt the bad guys are fun. However this book just wasn't as good as the others. I hate the fact that the author brought in a secret organization into the mix, it has always seemed a cop out to me.

Zane, has always been so cold and off putting, so it was great to see him meet a woman who could take him on and not cow when in his presence. Jana, from a young age has had to stand on her own feet. Her arguments and battles with Zane were great fun to watch, so when they finally scummed to their chemistry it was great.

I also loved that so many of the past characters showed up in this book, working together against the bad guys. We also learned a little more about this world and how some of them hide in it.
