Very rarely is a second book better than the first, but after reading The Sparrow, there really needed to be some resolution. Thankfully that is found in this book. My only complaint is do Catholic priests (Jesuits) REALLY swear that much?

Dianna In regards to the swearing--I've never heard any of my priests swear but I use to work at a private Catholic school and I remember once getting all bent out of shape because one of my students was swearing. The principal, a nun, told me that a swear word is only what we make it to be. In other words, it was only a swear word because I made it one in my head. She had no problem with the kid swearing. Perhaps that is the priests way of thinking also. Strnage; it makes no sense to me.
