This is my favorite collection of Bukowski so far. He's a bastard sometimes, but there's something about a Bukowski poem I can't get enough of. They're exciting, and I can never wait to finish them, I'm never bored with him.

s.penkevich He's a bastard sometimes, but there's something about a Bukowski poem I can't get enough of. I agree. Such a lovable, dirty, vulgar, drunk bastard. I think this is my favorite of his as he shows a more vulnerable side of himself in this one that seems to be walled over in his later works.
