Having written this novel and shared it with family and friends, I can only say that I have enjoyed writing it as well as reading it. I wanted to capture the Greek culture and transport the reader to another world where people have the same problems and issues as we do.
This is an orphaned girl's coming of age story, where she leaves the Greek isle of Lipsi to get a college education and in the process falls in love with a wealthy shipowner's son. Obstacles get in their way, but true happiness can only be found where there is love.
