This is a great book for someone who thinks maybe meditation could be useful to them, but has never really tried it!

I'll have more to say later 'cause I'm caught up in other stuff for a week or so.

One more cool thing about the Author... she has been to the community of Lily Dale, New York, one of the coolest and most unusual towns I have ever visited. A great place to go and get away.

Linda Lavid Jeff,
I'm glad you liked the book. There are so many misconceptions about meditation, about Lily Dale and it's nice to have found a kindred spirit. Side note: At a recent book selling, I was approached by a young man who asked if I was a witch. Apparently, meditation is the work of women from the DARK SIDE. Well. C'est la vie. The guy didn't appear to be packin' (have a gun). I stayed cool and we had an interesting talk about the bible. Blessings abundant. Linda
