Another youth fiction that I read aloud to my 11 year old daughter. Soon she won't put up with this, so I am getting all I can in while she'll sit still. I love this genre, but it feels better to share it with it's intended audience. This book was well written and thoughtful. It was atypical in it's focus and message. In fact, I am still pondering exactly what it's message was! It had a strange ending... didn't tie itself into a nice little ball like most do. I liked that and hated it at the same time.
