I haven't read Patterson in a long time, but I took this one out of the library and went on to read 200 pages the first night. The action really flows quickly. The story is not extremely original, but it is interesting. I especially like the way Patterson keeps the chapters real short. I believe that keeps the suspense up. Now that I have finished the book, I can say that this is one of the most violent books I have ever read. Why I read to the end, I don't know. Unless you can deal with a lot of unnecessary killing, I don't recommend this book.
