I really enjoyed this book which is surprising for me as I usually throw Romantic Suspense book against the wall. I have no tolerance for stupid heroines and people having sex when they are running for thier lives.
That said, this wasn't your usual Rom Suspense. I would class it more as a thriller with romantic elements. I really enjoyed it. I loved how Luke and Devon's relationship was allowed to grow and become solid before it was torn apart.
I enjoyed the suspense part and was completely fooled by the fake out and didn't guess who the baddie was.
I only had one real issue and that was Devon did something toward the end of the book that slightly confuzzled me. I understand why it happend with regards to the story and narrative but it didn't entire ring true for me with regard to her character. I think in this case it was more the character serving the plot rather than the plot serving the character.
That said, it was a stonking good read.
