Two stories/investigations going on. The one is a great story (The evil spirit), but finishes too soon. Both stories interwined together well, and then the one is dropped (finished/solved) and the rest of the book seemed to lack a little after that. It is also a little sad, she finally finds another packmate that she'd get along with and she's dead, and she finally commits to someone and they break up with her. Interesting about her new abilities,and funny at the same time how she handles it. A little let down at how things played out with her pack, basicallly nothing happens with it. There was so much potential to it, but hopefully it is in future books in the series. The little pack interaction seemed a little rushed.
