really liked it

To say that the writing this collection of essays is superb is an understatement. Two of these essays won him the pulitzer prize! This is engaging journalism at it's absolute finest, from Joshua Bell playing virtually unnoticed in the subway in Washington DC to why some Americans don't vote, over a broad range of topics, Mr. Weigarten is entertaining, insightful and quite the teacher, without being pedantic. Really, everyone should read this collection.
