So much to love about this book. It was so very true to the high school experience--brought back memories and feelings I haven't thought about in years. That fine line between wanting to be adventurous and being scared by the situations you put yourself in as you try to be adventurous.

I remembered how I felt in many situations like that so it was very poignant to read about a character with ADHD/Aspergers dealing with these situations. Because she did not have the option of just going with the flow or pretending to be normal--she could not control her reactions and she got labeled a freak because of it.

Great book, great characters. Loved all the details about ADHD/Aspergers and loved the intense passion the mc and her friends felt for music. This book is definitely going on my "Best books I read in 2010" list.
