A good alternate history, feels like well trodden ground, but still includes some concepts which are always fun to read about. Although the back plays up the idea that the crew will have to choose which side to support, it's no surprise when they pick the anthropomorphic cat people over the ravening swarms of lizards who know neither mercy nor pity. Still, an interesting entry in the genre
