Especially for those of us not in the medical field. It was not a book about all the horrible things that can go wrong in hospitals - it was a very matter of fact telling of how things work. Definitely makes the patient feel a little bad about being impatient or expecting perfection from doctors who are practicing a very imperfect science. <br/><br/><a href="http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/260849?utm_medium=api&utm_source=blog_review">View all my reviews.</a>
