Read from August 02 to October 10, 2010

I love this author and I loved this well thought out, very sensitive, realistic and eye-opening book.
Though this is a fiction, there is much research and truth that goes into each of Francine Rivers' books so you go away learning so much about subjects, history and even difficult Bible passages.

Some of the storyline is very difficult for my polly-anna mind to read...as are many of her books. Rivers takes you through some of the hardest and grittiest realities of life and in this case, even church life, but she always shows you the Power and Grace of God and His redeeming love through Jesus'perfect sacrifice and payment for our Salvation that conquers the worst of man's sins and restores us to wholeness and peace with God,ourselves and those we've hurt along the way.

Great Read! Great Title with a great meaning!
