** spoiler alert ** Great continuation of the characters, Jade, Tanner, and Ty eastman. Jade is having problems conceiving and when she does it is bitter sweet because they discover that she has a brain tumor. She refuses to give up the baby and they devise a plan to get her through till surgery can happen. tanner has a hard time with the idea and puts all his efforts into work driving distance between them. Then reality hits and he takes a leave of absence from work to be with Jade till the baby, madison is born.
Hannah, Matthew, and Jenny decide to adopt. They take a chance on a 4 year old girl who is in the foster-adopt program, but heartache comes again when a maternal grandmother comes to claim her. This is devastating for Jenny especially and she refuses to accept any more so called sisters. A baby boy becomes available and they jump on the chance. Then another miracle takes place...Grace returns to stay forever. Her grandmother decides that for Grace's safety and happiness she'll give her up to Hannah, Matt,and Jenny. All works out for both families, but reality is that if you're breathing trials will come and not all of them turn out they way we would like.
