Beyond Exile (Day by Day Armageddon,# 2)

When I saw that this was a zombie book I thought it was going to be similar to the last couple of zombie books that I read. Kind of a light fun beach read. But this one is very different.
Now we all know the old saying do not judge a book by its cover.Well that is so true. I like the cover art on the book but if I saw it at the store I would not pick it up to look at because I would think the book was for young adults.
This is the second book in the series the first being Day by Day Armageddon.
I would recommend reading the first book before reading this one, which I did not do.
I felt like I was missing some of the pieces to the story by not reading the first book.
Now going by the cover I was not expecting to like the story but I am half way finished with it and I
really like it so far.Despite the fact the story line involves zombies it is very believable, and I like the journal writing style it helps to give the story a personal feel.
Good Book.
