This book overall was intriguing. I can see why people compare it to Da Vinci code what with all the grail references. This is probably heresy, but despite being better written language-wise, I think I liked DaVinci Code better. Something about the characters in this book made me a bit indifferent to their fates. I definitely preferred the storyline involving Alais than the modern-day Alice. A good airport pickup, but nothing special.
