Since I love paranormal and historical romance, what could be better than a paranormal Regency? This story of Simon Westfield, the Duke of Blackmoor, who has spent his life creating scandal and mayhem in Regency society and Lily Rutledge, who has been raising her nephew Oliver, with no help from Simon, who is Oliver's cousin and guardian. She tracks down Simon to demand he help her with Oliver, who has started exhibiting strange changes as he reaches adolescence. Simon's idea of assistance is not the same as her's and Lily finds herself involved with the Duke, dealing with his wolfish temper, and trying to solve the mystery of what happens at the full moon, what are the secrets Simon and Oliver are sharing but keeping from her, and how will she ever get Simon to trust her enough for them to be happy together.

This is the first book in a trilogy, and I enjoyed the story, although it was a little predictable and there isn't much to the story beyond Simon and Lily's relationship. I would have liked a little more of the paranormal aspect to be explored, instead of just everyone worrying about how it was going to affect the relationship.
