I bought this at a yard sale down the street from us. This is a book I wish I had had right when Natalie was born, but since we've gone to story time so much, we now know most of the games in this book. Since we no longer need it, I'm going to give it to a friend as part of a baby shower gift. I liked a lot of things about this book. There are lots of illustrations of parents with babies for baby to look at as well as big font for older children to read. The games are clearly labeled as to what kind of game they are (tickling, knee jumping, etc), and the directions are simple and clear. There were several types of each game, which is good if you aren't already used to one. For us, I couldn't see playing a different toe naming game than This Little Piggy, but the book has two others.

This would also be a great book for an older sibling to use to play with a baby sibling or cousin. The text is nice and large, and chances are the child would know the rhymes already, so that would help with decoding and building sight vocabulary.
