In my defense, I got this book for free. I was marginally interested because I'd read about the author's story in the news, and since it had such a pretty cover, I picked it up at a book swap place.
The book itself was pretty awful. It's chapter after chapter of this girl's trainwreck lifestyle... sex with random strangers, getting evicted from apartments, sleeping with old men for money, getting fired from her job. I would recommend it if you want to feel better about yourself, or if you're looking for some softcore porn. Otherwise... skip the book and just watch a Sex and the City rerun.
