it was ok

After so much hype from my friend at the time, I read the damn thing. I don't get it, and I only give it a 2 star review because for some reason it doesn't work for me. I suppose I should have read it when I was either younger or older, but being in my late teens, it just didn't cut the mustard.

Mostly, I found Holden to be a cold and boring character. The adventure could've been more enticing had he have not been on it. I think if I was in a room with Holden Caulfield for more than 10 minutes I would have to break something. Maybe his whiny face.

Zacenoh Eno you have to be in the midst of American schooling. This book will creep up and actually appeal to you. 9 stories is better.

Cintamani I think I'm inclined to agree with you. I haven't read 9 stories, but I will definitely try it on for size.
