This was a quick read, with a handful of detailed nutritional information on 100 fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. The info was geared toward fitness (like how to make your joints happier) but I think even non-working out persons would find something that they could utilize from this book. The biggest problem is that I'm never going to retain much of the information. However, there were recipes for each item, and lists at the end of what to eat with specific ailments. I'll probably check out the other books in the 'top 100' series, but I probably won't buy this book.
